Wael Al-Sayegh is an Edinburgh-born Emirati writer, inter-cultural consultant, and sports enthusiast. A graduate of the Rashid School for Boys and the University of Glasgow, Wael holds a Masters degree in Arts and a Masters Certificate in Project Management.
Wael is the Founding Director of ALGHAF HRC, an inter-cultural consulting firm that specialises in educational workshops and trainings. ALGHAF is a proud member of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Establishment for SME Development.
Wael is a regular guest on local radio and television stations where he shares his insight on all things related to contemporary Emirati life as well as his expertise on Inter Cultural Intelligence (ICI).
Wael is a published poet and essayist who who draws much inspiration from fellow writers, entrepreneurs, athletes, artists, spiritual hikers and anyone who has the courage to walk the less travelled path.
